Tax Handling
Michigan labor fees are 100% tax-exempt. Hardware and physical infrastructure items billed through Square receive the applicable 6% Michigan sales tax modifier.
Flat Project Formula
Flat project quotes use the estimated hours multiplied by the target tier rate, plus a 20% scope buffer. Commercial infrastructure deployments are quoted per milestone and endpoint.

Based in Jackson, Michigan.
Local Zone: Within 15 minutes of Jackson, standard on-site hourly rate; no travel fees.
Extended Zone: A 15-60 minute drive is billed at the standard on-site hourly rate: $75/hr residential or $100/hr commercial.
Hard Radius Limit: On-site service is capped at a maximum 1-hour drive one-way from Jackson, MI. Locations beyond 1 hour are supported remotely only.
Billing Terms
Invoices support Net 14 payment terms and are processed securely via Zoho / Square.
