Hardware & Infrastructure
Labor is tax-exempt in Michigan. Hardware and physical infrastructure items billed through Square include applicable 6% Michigan sales tax.
Remote Quick Fix
A 25% discount is available only for remote support tickets resolved in under 30 total minutes.

Larger infrastructure deployments are quoted by milestone, endpoint count, risk, access windows, and documentation needs.
Off-Hours Managed Maintenance
Flat monthly package for server patch management, UniFi network monitoring, backup verification, and email authentication health.
Support Boundaries
Szittai Cloud specializes in planned maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and scheduled side-by-side management. We do not offer immediate 9-to-5 daytime emergency dispatch.
For enterprise clients requiring physical daytime response, we coordinate with trusted local IT partners for physical dispatch while maintaining overall environment management.

Service Area & On-Site Travel Policy
Based in Jackson, Michigan.
Local Zone: Within 15 minutes of Jackson, standard on-site hourly rate; no travel fees.
Extended Zone: A 15-60 minute drive is billed at the standard on-site hourly rate: $75/hr residential or $100/hr commercial.
Hard Radius Limit: On-site service is capped at a maximum 1-hour drive one-way from Jackson, MI. Locations beyond 1 hour are supported remotely only.
Billing Terms
Invoices support Net 14 payment terms and are processed securely via Zoho / Square.
